To ensure the bags remain portable and curated for our guests, we ask that physical items follow these guidelines:

  • Flat Inserts: Flyers, brochures, or gift vouchers.

  • Physical Goods: Small promotional items (e.g., tech accessories, stress balls, or keychains).

Commitment & Refund Policy: By selecting this tier, you acknowledge that participation requires a commitment to both the primary event date and the scheduled rain date (Saturday, May 30, 2026). Upon payment, all sponsorship fees are guaranteed and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or withdrawal by the sponsor. Full participation terms, including adherence to the formal sponsorship contract, will be sent via Adobe Sign for electronic signature upon receipt of payment.
